2020 On December 11, I ordered the goods in the online store, which consisted of three items. Senukai's website indicated that the product was available. I have concluded the order agreement and selected the payment of the order through the lease offered to Senukai. On December 17, I received a reply that out of three items they can deliver only two and no solution to the problem is offered, and does not write anything about how I can recover the paid 400 USD. I resigned from one of the remaining positions and helped provide information on how I can get the money back, they sent me to the lessor, but the lessor states that that the money is at Senukai and they are waiting for confirmation from Senukai about the cancellation of the transaction.The result is no money nor New Year's Eve.1 8.12. Senukai does not answer calls, nor does he answer two messages. It's a bit like not fulfilling contracts, it still makes you search and ask for your money back.
