Poor service

An order was placed in an online store, shipped from Poland on January 11, and has been in iExpress sorting since January 13. When writing to e-mail, the standard answer is delivery in the coming days. (How stretched is the concept - the coming days?) dpd's social networking pages say that deliveries can be delayed by up to a week during this time, but there are already nine days to sort and nothing happens.
