Company does not follow thru…does not respond to emails, can not get thru to them by phone, or thru chat. I have waited weeks to hear from them about an order from Winn Dixe

First order over charged took a long time to secure a delivery date. They never responded to emails, tried to chat and call without success. Never received any type of credit. no delivery times or customer service available, yet still accepting new customers / Unable to reach anyone to cancel service and receive refund. No chat available / no return e-mails even though their site promises return communication / no one answers their phone numbers ever. User’s recommendation: avoid.
