I did so in return for receiving a document confirming the receipt of the goods and informing that a 2-week balance will be returned to the specified account. Deadline May 12. Unfortunately, until now - 19.05.2020. Money not returned. Several times (specifically 7x) by calling the phone number indicated in the online store +1 6677 8876, the customer service staff could not explain the nature of the problem, but promised to pass the information to the managers and call back (never was not fulfilled).
