Damaged goods, no refunds, poor communication
25.04.2020. Receipt item - y00000103528516758 gas machine standart mg-198/2000, order no. E00115240. The product proved to be defective - the power switch did not work. More often, by communicating with [hide] @ ksenukai.com (2x), I found out that I can physically hand over the product to xenukai in the store tc oak, which is also available on 28.04.2020. I did so in return for receiving a document confirming the receipt of the goods and informing that a 2-week balance will be returned to the specified account. Deadline May 12. Unfortunately, until now - 19.05.2020. Money not returned. Several times (specifically 7x) by calling the phone number indicated in the online store +1 6677 8876, the customer service staff could not explain the nature of the problem, but promised to pass the information to the managers and call back (never was not fulfilled). I'm still waiting for money.
