The package is not received on time.

Laigan it happens to me for the first time but I hope when the last one. Thursday and still have not received. Call asked who said by the case last night so allegedly collected the packet and will be tomorrow. I vot do not understand kpc then writes when to receive can the next day if there is no holiday and previously with received esmh the next day. It seems I will not receive if I do not receive then it is interesting who will cover the expenses for the expensive item I sent.
