terrible working conditions, inadequate salary

Hello, I wanted to warn potential employees of the "Melton" bird factory - do not go to work in this factory's PPN2 department (food processing department). 1. - People work there for at least 12 hours a day, often 6 days a week. Very often people work even 15 and more hours a day. There are only two half-hour breaks a day! 2. - Remuneration - around 200 dollars / month. In fact, people work ~ 250 hours a month, 160 hours appear in the salary slips and, accordingly, a salary is received for such a number of hours. Not only is overtime not paid for twice, but it is not paid at all. Salary is calculated based on how many people make a certain amount over how long. So - if the volume is large and it is done by 2 people,who do not cope, can ask other people to help, but this means that the salary is immediately shared with all helpers. So - either work in pairs for 15 hours dying off and get 300 AU$! or work as normal people for 8-10h, 4 people and get 200 Ls. Choose which is more important - health or money. The boss will always find the reason why people themselves are to blame for the low salary. 3. - Often employees are put in front of a fact - you still have to prepare tons, do what you want. Nobody cares that there are not enough hours a day to do this. If the stores order 2x more than the department can prepare, the management / warehouse will only have a house with the head "let's do it, let's do it!" - In recent months, about 20 people have left the PPN2 unit (from March alone). Why? Also, why 20 people have left in 2 months does not interest anyone, neither the head office nor our own management. The typical motto of the boss: "There's a way out!" But when the amount reaches such a level that the existing remaining employees are no longer able to do so, then start asking the others not to leave. And suddenly all the things that employees have been called to the office and went out to cry (even adults!) Are suddenly forgotten. - Very often employees are assigned other jobs that are not at all part of their responsibilities. As a result, the employee receives a warning that he is unable to perform his own work and does not yet receive payment for work that is not part of his responsibilities but is assigned because there is simply no one else to do it. 6. - The chairwoman considers that rest is not necessary, that work must be done continuously,except for two half-hour breaks (one in the morning, one at noon). 7. - There is absolutely no organization in the company - people start doing one job, suddenly someone runs out of management and says - stop doing this, take other products now (which means a lot of inconvenience, because the equipment has to be reconfigured, prepared for another type of product, you have to change places, it all takes an extra half hour, which seems not working there for a short period of time, but for a particular job - it is a lot). But it doesn't end there, when the work is not finished, someone else runs again and says that it was not so necessary that something else is needed more. And again, all the same chatter to reconfigure equipment, switch production locations, and so on. 8. - Make a strong impression,that the boss Jelena Medvedska-Glinska is completely and utterly incompetent in the management of the company. They also hire equally incompetent assistants who know nothing about effective team building, division of labor and everything else involved in running a department. If there are 10 people working on one process for 7-8 hours a day, then there are 1-3 people working on another process for 15-18 hours a day. Often the team is made up of new employees who have not yet been trained, so the work is delayed, there are a lot of mistakes and 2x longer working hours. It is said that "this work can be done by 1 person in 8 hours" and that overtime is not paid, no one is sent to helpers, even if people are willing to share their salary with helpers just to be home for a few hours a day.. The boss is also very insensitive,incomprehensible and very well able to humiliate and despise employees. As I said, adults leave her office with shrugged faces. AND IT'S NOT EVERYTHING. Ask the local kekavnieki - most of them will answer you: "" I'd rather sit at home without work than go to work in that barn. "The only good thing who is there - colleagues. Employees who will not refuse to help each other. In the event of a failure, colleagues will help to resolve it as quickly and unobtrusively as possible, thus saving you from going to the boss's office and reducing your salary. There are, of course, their own exceptions - employees who think they are better than everyone else. But these are rare exceptions against the general background. The conclusion is that the PPN2 department of the point factory "Melton" is MOKU KAMBARIS!
