Didn’t received the gift card I ordered

Hi, I bought a gift card for my friend. But, it turns out that she never got it. I wrote an email about it to the customer service mailbox but I didnt got any messages about it and i payed 300 shekels for a gift card that my friend never got. Please help me. Order number: GCXLP690
