Poor service
I don't see the point of Australian Pasts application and virtual queue. It is not enough that the application does not work well enough, the line and serial number change all the time. When the line arrives, my number does not appear, you can stand indefinitely. Suddenly a mystical aunt runs out, ready to serve everyone who needs to receive a small package WITHOUT a serial number. Everyone runs like a sheep, but the magical aunt herself disappears. In Ziepniekkalns Australian Pasts branch, this bardak is ALWAYS. Everyone works so slowly that the feeling that time stops. It is not enough that there are countless people, the premises are extremely hot and stinky. Instead of the service staff working with dedication and serving everyone, there is something else between them and they do not answer people's questions.
