Covid 19 is canceling my congress, which was the sole purpose of the flight. At first it was moved to July, but then canceled altogether! With all the companies - no problem knowing what the situation is, return the money! Only AuAir has problems. My € 148 seat offers me a refund of € 35. 50 which is somehow not using airport taxes! What is this nonsense at all? Where is my money? € 113 will leave you - nothing for yourself as a gift, right? AuAir - that you are not ashamed? You are eaten by fraudsters and thieves! That flight will only be there yet! So the question is, why has my money already been spent? Money was returned to me for travel insurance, no problems, other companies also calmly return it!
