Poor service
On Friday, May 10, there was a need for unlimited phone data. When sending sms with a code, the tariff was not connected. I waited until Saturday night, thinking it was just a mistake. But nothing. It was not possible to call and spend time, so an e-mail was written outlining the problem. The need for the internet didn't go away, so I tried to connect a second time, thinking that someone would contact me on Monday and resolve the issue of lost money on Friday. But again this time I am disappointed-I answer at 14. 05 at noon that they see that the tariff is connected at 11. 05. Sorry, but the fact that the money has been withdrawn 10. 05 (e-mail sent on this date also) you do not see!? Simply amazing. Thanks for considering your customers stupid.
