Fraud

So, I replenished my Vodafone account for 5. 00 eur, and I was immediately automatically connected to the Vodafone service with all unlimited data. 08/03/2019 I was sent a message that the service would be connected immediately and then I received a message that I did not have the funds in my Vodafone account to connect to such a service. I would like to say that I was charged AU$‎ 4. 49, but the service was not included. I used such a service in the past and had no problems. I consider this a fraud and ask me to return the funds.
