No communication, been waiting over 2 weeks now, not recommended.not recommended. Not recommended. Not User’s recommendation: Don’t bother, they obviously don’t.
Still not heard a word from them contacted them 3 tiles got automated response so I know they received emails not heard anything back it has been over a month now User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from them.

7-10 business days , according to the website. Three weeks in and my lenses are still in production. Send an email to coustomer service and the response you get is that they will respond in 5-7 business days. Ordered similar glasses from Warby Parker a few days later , as a precaution. Warby Parker has already shipped....
