I mailed my march payment on February 24th when I get my social security check…now they are saying they did not receive payment. They lied all the way and as often as they could. ALL THEY WANT TO DO FORECLOSE!! The company never said they received any correspondence. NEVER EVER OFFERED ANY REPAYMENT PLAN. ALL they did is make me file chapter 13 bankruptcy. Now they can wait 5 years for their money.I HOPE every one that had every thing... Read more➤

Flood Insurance

When are you going to pay my flood insurance policy. Was due on 1/3/2021. As of yesterday it had not been paid and it will be canceled on 1/31/2021. Also, they do not send the monthly statement on a timely basis. I have to send in monthly payment with a letter stating what I am paying for
Web site has no email contact information or ability to speak with a live representative to help resolve issue. Does not seem customer friendly, and appears to communicate to customers that the company does not want to be bothered with assisting via phone other than an automated system. Poor service.

Very unfriendly attitude towards customers. I believe that such a person-pharmacist has no place in a pharmacy as a holy bodybuilder. As doctors, pharmacists also provide important health information, but if this person is like a barking dog after which your blood pressure rises, it is not worth going to this pharmacy to buy medicine.
