Can I give anybody permission to take money on my on off my card

They charged me and that’s not what I put my money on I was putting money on the phone and some how it added to this and charged 47 dollars I need my refund now. Then it’s no way we can contact you

They took my money off my card and I need my money back as soon as possible. User’s recommendation: Don’t use them.
