Product was substandard and extremely too small. I have sent 3 emails requesting information with no response. Can’t get into my account – they won’t return that message either. My next stop is to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. All I want to do is return the products.
Clothes are junk. Poorly made and wrong sizes for America. Made in China. Customer service is HORRIBLE! They lie and avoid contacting you back. Don’t buy from these thieves.
The sizes for their items are ALL inaccurate. Runs extremely small! Won’t refund my money. Communication is horrible! They lie about everything.
I ordered my items on May 3rd, it is now May 16, 2019. I looked up ky tracking, just to find out that my arrival will be on the 24th of this May…….why does it take 3-4 weeks to get delivered?
