Fraud, breach of contract
Introduction. In November 2019, I signed a contract with lemongym - the minimum term is 12 Months. Now is the time to end this commitment, and with that desire I turn to lemon gym. Given the covid situation and the fact that the service was suspended for 3 months for unknown reasons, it came with a bonus with an automatic contract extension. However, the contract stipulates that only the service recipient (in this situation me) has the right to extend the contract, for which I also indicate in writing to the lemongym administrator with whom communication takes place by e-mail. There is a threat of contractual penalties, copying of various clauses of the contract to e-mails, of course, which have nothing to do with my request to terminate the obligation. There are always reports that the service provider has the right to suspend the availability of the service, which is indeed stipulated in the contract, but my request to terminate the contract is still ignored. Communication has been going on for a very long time and my request is still being ignored. I will admit that for the first time in my life I have had such a negative experience with one of the service providers. I urge everyone to be thoroughly acquainted with the terms of the contract and to insist on their rights, which Lemongym manipulates very much and tries to convince you otherwise, of course, without reasonable points. As I have already mentioned, the right to extend the contract rests solely with the recipient of the service, who the administration ignores and pretends not to see. It is constantly reiterated that the service provider has the right to suspend and restrict attendance, while still ignoring the fact that the restriction does not entitle the contract to be extended automatically without my consent, let alone the signature of the contract, which runs until February. Definitely not, because I haven't seen the same.
