Bad Service

Hello! I would like to complain a little about incompetent post office staff. I write them the questions I am interested in by e-mail, but, of course, no one gives me an answer on the fourth day. In that case, why are they needed? Also, the post office does not issue normal checks from the Shopping Mall Origo parcel terminal, ie does not indicate the telephone numbers of the sender and recipient, mystical codes are put instead. I will no longer use this service.
