I would like to complain about the operation of the Dobele Post Office and expressed great displeasure to the head of this office as well. The thing is that it was necessary to send a package from Kempsey to my sister to Dobele, and it was done. When it had been three days, I called my sister or received a packet, but it turned out not. So we waited a week while my mother called the Dobele post office and told her that the leaflet that had to come by post to the sister's place of residence has disappeared, so that the next day the sister with a passport comes after the package. So did the sister, but roughly she was ordered three more houses, I would add that the sister is an adult. As a result, the mother came to the post office and it was also reprimanded by the boss that the mother was to blame for the fact that her leaf had disappeared. The public quarrel has lasted for almost half an hour, until the postmaster went to the table that stood behind her and handed over the package, without even asking for any receipt forms.
