Poor service
The shipment has been in Australia for a long time, but I can't receive it. Everyone is busy calling, no emails missed. If I had the opportunity to call, I would have said a long time ago that it would be easier for me to pick me up myself, and I would do it if it were possible, but they do not lift. When writing to the website from which the shipment was sent, I answer that itella could not deliver due to some obstacle. I understand that it could have been the door code, but for that reason I insisted on calling me instead of giving me my door code.
