Fraud or slug

I don't know what was or happened to the goldfish prepayment, because topping up the goldfish for € 5. 00 the credit was replenished not by 5. 00 € as needed, but by 4. 96 which caused problems and had to take an advance to get it in 4. 99 € Vodafone account, I don't know what it was, a mistake, a glitch, or something else, but would understand if one number would be, but it was the same for the two numbers.
