I want to stop credit card facility.

Sir, I have taken SimplySAVE SBI Card facilities last year on the condition of five hundred charges per year as per plan. but it seems that rs.3199.00 is deducted from my account. Unknown transactions

I cannot install and use the SBI card app . and I have not properly intimated by SMS services about the transactions. I failed to contact customer care officer. Terribly upset with their service

Payment regarding

I has already been payment of credit card due on 07 June 2021 paid on 06 June 2021 is Rs 8700 through cred. The payment has been deduct my account on 07 June 2021 you are requested to refund the same amount at the earliest.

Extra amount debited in card

Theme amount 8124 is two times debited from credit card account. But landlord get one credit only.please solve the problem.
