Fraud, poor service
On Tuesday (06/19/2018) I gave my iPhone x silver to the ideal service with a problem - the speaker dynamics make noises when playing music (here you need to check the dynamics at the bottom of the case). Yesterday (21.06.2018) I received 2 strange e-mails that were sent online, not from e-mail @ ideal.ca (with smtp) (attach pictures) without any contacts inside - only online service local (which is another telecommunications company service). I didn't even have a chance to reply to this email. One email asked for my password - the other said it was reinstalled -? (between emails (I remind you that they were sent without even being able to reply to them) ~ 50min). Also added information that nothing was done with the phone anymore. What was the point of reinstalling the iPhone if nothing was done with it? Were backup files made? Because I had around 9,200 photos there. When I came to the ideal today (22.06.2018) - I wanted to return the so-called "my" iPhone x silver, where it was seen that the case was changed: 1) the screen moved + new scratches were too much on it (but the screen recognized as mine); 2) there were no scratches and dents on the body that are visible, because I made them myself during use (in conclusion it was not my body); 3) apple start-up screen as the main country I was offered to choose Mexico -? Must be either united states or Canada. I was told about all this when I noticed, “I brought a phone with a moving screen! Other! The body and everything is ok with that! " After doing so, you can calmly find that I am lying that nothing has changed (at the time of reinstallation, the screen itself cannot" fall out "- I can consider this as a scam (because I had other details).
