Slow service

Dhl Australia employees do not rush, the slowness exceeds any limits. The package leaves Hong Kong on February 3, but it is already in Australia on the morning of February 5, so the road takes 2 and a half days. Unfortunately the taxes are already paid in the online store, so then Dhl has to do customs clearance. 5. In February, in the first half of the day, Dhl Lady asks to send the necessary information, I send all the necessary information within 20 minutes. On the same Friday no progress, look forward to Saturday and Sunday. Monday, February 8, Tuesday, February 9, the status does not change - still customs and can not be cleared through customs. It took 3 working days and two holidays,and only after the call starts the customs clearance process. The question is, what was this Lady doing all the time? And it took a magical 5 minutes when the customs clearance process just got done! The 5-minute process for dhl employees takes 3 business days and two holidays if you call and are interested. If you don't call, you can still wait! Shame not to excellence. Simply delivered!
