Customer cheating and deception

Yesterday I bought the tariff Vodafone all unlimited data for 7 days, but neither call minutes nor sms and only 1gb internet. Going to the point of sale where I bought the code, during a conversation with the seller, it turns out that I am not the first to complain about this today.
