Never received 1st email told me to resend

Frying pans and wok lost their nonstick, had for less than 2 years, they have a 10 year guarantee keep receipts in a safe place as I mislaid mine for a while.

My kitchen scales have stopped weighing

Salter, They were very helpful and very efficient in resolving my problem. They replaced my faulty scales with new ones, within a week of the raised problem , under the 15 years guarantee service. User’s recommendation: Contact directly for hassle free replacement.
