Incompetent staff
The online store delivered the defective product and did not want to change it, stressing that we we are trying to use it incorrectly :) After talking to their technical part, however, the answer was answered - come to us - we would change, but we had to fight about it and listen to the changes from incompetent employees. Because in the 21st century, our online store is working like this!
