I would like to draw your attention to the staff at your store's Alpha Center. Specifically, the consultant-seller lena. Yesterday, 29. 07. 2020. Around 11. 25 I chose a gift for my mother with the help of this consultant. Gift set + lipstick from your douglas collection. Please put everything in a gift bag for me. The consultant did everything. I was very satisfied. As always, when shopping at your store. When giving a gift to the anniversary, I found that there was no lipstick in the gift bag. The gift bag was a special thing, nothing could fall out of it. Today, 30. 07. 2020. I turned to your store, where I was shopping yesterday. The consultants were already different. Took the purchase receipt and said he would look at the purchase video. The record showed me too. It can be seen that the consultant Lena wraps the whole purchase in black paper and then puts it in a gift bag. Since the lipstick body was also black, I was told that the lipstick would probably go unnoticed against that paper background. I'm not stupid and blind not to find a lipstick in a bag. I also don't believe in mystics. Most likely experience and dexterity! I am very disappointed douglas! Although it was my favorite brand! PS It did not return the purchase receipt to me either
