Poor service

We ordered the item and received confirmation. We waited for the administrator to contact us, and finally we called ourselves. It is said that such goods do not exist and will not exist, although the balances in the i-store are and the confirmation came (yes, it comes automatically, but still it is a company problem, not mine). Judging by the other reviews here - this is the norm. The company does not care about bad reviews, no service. When asked what device we want the administrator immediately told us that there is not and will not be that you can send a link or can not send, is the only product if you want - you can remove tomorrow, if not - all good. We won't look for anything in this store anymore, thanks for the "nice" service and the "good, tidy" website.
