Rude customer service
Hello, G. On October 9, at 13:00, I was in the 1st post office of Sunshine Coast, where I witnessed the rude and ridiculous attitude of the service operator towards customers. There were several people in the lobby of the post office who could not understand whether they could go to the post office or wait there. The operator, who worked on Box 3, treated the visitors very rudely. One woman asked if a notice could be posted at the door stating that a certain number of visitors could be in the post office and the way in which the Queue was regulated. To this, the cameraman from Box 3 replied aloud that she was announcing it orally, and that the questioner did not have her head on her shoulders (apparently this applied to all of us). At that time, there were 4-5 people in the visitors' room. Unfortunately,that visitors have to regulate the queue themselves and listen to the derogatory comments of postal workers. Are they Trivia, as the postal workers called it, during the epidemic?
