Hot water pipe ruptured

On the first part of Saturday, a hot water pipe ruptures in an apartment building. Hot water is shut off. There is no notice of what happened and when the water will be restored. When calling the emergency service, answer that the water will be connected on Monday. Very nice, but it just looks like if an accident happens on holidays, then everything else is handled on a working day. Sadly, there is no service and even more so the operator who answers the phone calls has to go to some kindness and courtesy courses.
