Spoiled Sunday
Today, March 14, my family and I went to enjoy a nice Sunday afternoon in the city. We decided to visit the Double coffee cafe on Terbatas Street to warm up and taste a delicious drink and dessert! Unfortunately, we were unpleasantly disappointed from the very beginning. When we sat down at the table by the window, there was a rather unpleasant view because the windowsill was with crumbled lime because someone seems to have tried to sweep it but maybe had not managed to do it to the end. Next, it seems that the young man working at the bar, with a rather worn-out cloth, swept the milk that had dripped from our glass, which I don't think is very pleasant either, especially in front of the client's eyes. Upon receipt of the order it turns outthat the hot banana with ice cream is a lukewarm banana and cocoa with chocolate tastes like pure chocolate and sugar concentrate, which in principle was not drinkable, also the banana split did not really correspond to the beautiful picture on the menu. And the end of it all was a visit to the toilet, where my mother had an unpleasant surprise because the edge of the toilet was in front! At the end, when this drink was over and when we left, we as customers were still found guilty of these absences, but as a point of the decision to write this kiss was a bartender, although it is difficult to call him that, the answer to our sentence that we will not return here. , he proudly determined that we could safely go to other places. I am involved in catering on a daily basis and I know that the level of service has dropped a lot, but Double coffee where it was really nice to sit,is currently wrong with the staff, it will be difficult to keep customers with such an attitude, but there are so many able-bodied and neat people at the moment, so I warmly recommend you to think about the staff, because today we were really spoiled in the afternoon!
