I just bought a book for $40.00, but it should have been $10.00 paperback. I want to cancel $40.00 hard back and get $10.00 paper back. User’s recommendation: Watch what you’re buying.

Order #4040 was placed one January 31 through PayPal. I have an invoice and payment, but do not show where PayPal actually paid you or that you collected.
