Access to customer service is impossible. I received an urgent government phone call, that cell number came through as unknown. I tried desperately to reach RoboKiller customer Servicd to assist me in making that one time exception. It was impossible to reach anyone. Instead, other marketers cut in to sell me a subscription!! They are still blocking my calls after I have canceled ROBOKILLER!!

Please stop blocking my calls. I was using a trial period and cancelled. Keeps blocking all calls and not letting them through! Very irritating, especially after I cancelled the service! User’s recommendation: Not a happy camper!
