Big Fat Lie

I submitted my rebate request the same date I purchased the item. The request was submitted within the time period. After waiting for my rebate I recieved card stating that they could honor my request. Out of general principal I will not purchase the brand again, there are too many others to chose from.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I emailed rewardsbymail.com because my submission was denied. A lovely representative responded to my email and explained what I needed to to to receive my rebate. In about 2 weeks my rebate arrived by mail.

Resolved: Sylvania Silverstar rebate

Update by user May 05, 2018 Had to contact Sylvania and got it resolved. Update by user May 05, 2018 I finally had to contact Sylvania directly. They immediately responded, contacted O’Reilly’s.
