Hello. I called a taxi today and it didn't arrive without warning. I waited a very long time, more than 30 minutes, did not see any announcements in my application that the taxi would not arrive, although Bolt had previously said and informed me that if the taxi driver did not drive, he would inform me on my Bolt application profile. It's been a very negative experience.
