Update by user May 23, 2018 As of 5/23 Equifax has removed this false report but TransUnion and Experian have not. People you really need to check your credit reports, not only did Experian have this false charge against me but they had a false AKA that I have never used on my file. Original review posted... Holding check received fradulently and cashed immediately was not reimbursed for 90 days.

My wife and I received a letter from Resurgent Capital Srvs. implying that they were taking over payments for(which we thought were car payments). It was for a bogus debt with a bank that I banked with over 8 yrs ago. My wife sent them the check amount of our vehicle…
