59 USD charged without permission

On 5th of June I used resumenow.eu resume bu for completing resume form and paid 1.95 USD. But on 12th of June they charged me 59 USD!!!!! Why? What for? I can’t find their webpage- access denied. What should I do?

This is the third time Resume now has chared me 59 USD for the service which i have canceled 6 months back, despite making complaint for the same long back.
