Delivery time does not match! Useless customer service!
A package was sent to me on Monday, today is Thursday! As stated on the FedEx's website: "your shipment will reach the recipient the next day if you place it in the parcel post until the evening is empty". The packet was placed on time, but there is no packet on Tuesday or Wednesday, and even today it is not! There are no, well, I admit that the first provider was disturbed.. : ) but at the latest today there had to be a package. When I called the customer support center, I did not receive any information (if I had not called, no one would start moving there). The answer was that the package is like that, but who, what, where, why... Did not provide any information! Think what you want! It is normal? I have to leave tomorrow, and what can I do now? That package was very important!Great minus FedEx and especially for the customer support center!
