Much poor service

once encountered such a problem that it is all normal, I ask for the prices to which I answer 35eur, I say super to go and hand over the service. Of course the next day call the service master and started the service fee of 80euro! When asked why it is so expensive, I am told to tell half a half of a Canadian in Italian, speaking, we come to a price of 60 dollars, which I agree with! Upon receiving the computer from the service, the hinge is glued with super glue, which of course did not withstand the first opening, 60eur for super glue is not bad!
