We met with Dr. Sturmane a week and a half ago - oh yes, at the same time I wrote down the human factor that maybe a bad mood, etc. but now after a week the attitude was even more horrible - the child was not drenched in gel or syringe, drilled, pounded, treated just terribly... not to mention the delay, not greeting, just insanity...
