Everytime I reload money it’s always aggravating. Really??? 4 hours to wait for your money to reflect in your account..never heard of that long, to other reload company. This is unbelievable!!!Wow. Customer service and the company don’t deserve not even a half star. A big O is what u get !

My safe got frozen only AFTER I deposited $2,000. They asked me for i.d. and receipts I had thrown them away after loading them because in there sites fine print they say get rid of the relaod it cards to prevent fraud. The stores aren’t about to go through millions of recieots to find yours trust me...
