Shame and disgrace to Optus!

2020. In November, the company changed tariffs and offered to us. We wanted to give up and end the relationship because we planned to move to a new place of residence at the beginning of 2019. The employee told us that this was nothing, because the contract could be transferred to another address. We agree. After moving, it turned out that they could not provide their service in this place of Brisbane. Now Optus is asking us to pay a fine for terminating the contract, but they are to blame for terminating the relationship. Instead of covering us for moral damages that cannot technically provide our service, they demand that we pay a fine. There is a clause in the agreement3. 3. 3. , which states that they may, in independent circumstances, terminate the contract with one month's notice. But obviouslysomeone really wants to earn our 140 dollars. Shame and disgrace to Optus!
