They call almost everyday trying to get me to schedule payments and I have to finish getting my car fixed. I also sent in a payment and they said that the payment was reversed but I never received the money back User’s recommendation: Do do regional acceptance.
Poor service
At the end of September, I took my computer to refurbishment, telling me what to leave and what to change. I paid in advance, promised to let me know as soon as everything was in order. And when registering my order, it turns out that the system does not work and everything was managed manually (later it caused problems to find my application when I called the contact phone) a week later I received a call from the master, agreeing on the details and the amount to be paid. Time passed, I called for several weeks and asked when it would be, despite the fact that I was promised several times that the details would be sent from Germany next week. After a month of finally calling that I can get a computer, there is only a problem with the drive none of which I had could not be used because now the connectors are different and the send connector will have to wait, let's put in a new one and of course increase the amount. When I left I saw a completely new computer, but the work was not done, the video card that had to be inserted from the old computer is inserted but not connected. To the question why it answers me that they are afraid to burn the motherboard! I asked for a discount, at least what is due for a Rigans card, I was refused said that it is a new computer and the discount is only for service work, I asked for a detailed estimate with prices, I was refused, as if in correspondence with the management. I asked the management to call or the receiver to talk to the management, and the answer was in the negative that this was not possible. To save time, I paid the full amount (yes I was given a 10 CA$ discount) for the long wait). But overall, this does not outweigh the negative experiences. In short, the work was not completed, it was done for a long time, the customer service is very poor, the discounts on the Rigans card do not work. My advice, if possible, is to avoid purchasing services from this company.
