Degrading treatment of the customer
I would like to warn other customers to think and consider other alternatives before concluding an unfavorable and degrading agreement with the information technology "top" company Optus, which is already has once changed its name in order to save money. The essence of the case - 1) technological backwardness, because this company is able to provide a terrestrial television disconnection only in 35 days, forcing the customer to pay for an unnecessary service able in a few hours... ) ; 2) disrespect for the customer - the customer must observe that Optus sets all deadlines on working days,but the company's employees are not ashamed to call the customer on Sunday afternoon (more specifically, at 16. 10) ; 3) attention - Optus is desperately trying to recover even more than five-year-old terrestrial TV decoders, threatening even with debt collectors.
