Melted Candy

Hello! On August 9, 2020, I bought assorted milk chocolate confection 215 g / white in the store at Marijas Street1. The candy box was meant for a gift. It was a big surprise to me when the box was opened and all the candies were completely melted, lost their shape. Needless to say, how bad I felt, I took the gift and it is practically unusable. Isn't your company really responsible for how to properly store such products considering that it's summer outside? It is unlikely that your reputation will be affected if a box of sweets is purchased by a tourist.
