Are these windows nstalled wrong?

We just purchased a brand new Redwood 3401RL and are noticing a lot of things are wrong. Including several of our window frames have been cut then riveted together and glued. I cant even list all the issues we have had with our redwood! The biggest issue is with our slide out 6 months after owning it!
