No delivery made during my time slot

I were supposed to get the delivery between 11 am and 1 PM on 27 Jun, however I got only SMS message you would delivery before 2PM. Until 6:40 PM, no delivery was made without any notice. Very disappointed. Due to your negligence, we have just wasted our precious weekend schedule.
