transaction #471144****, rental 1 day 8-7-21, returned next day, got email on 17th, with notice of a charge for $18.50. redbox customer service does nor answer phone or help , or respond to email.
Rented 2 dvds, returned 2 dvds…..over a month and a half later charge me saying 1 DVD was not returned. Unwilling to correct the mistake on machine not properly “scanning” DVD back in. User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE REDBOX!!!

Screen not working at kiosk, made a reservation an cant pick it up because the screen at my pick up location
Unplayable dvd. Called customer service. Got promo code. I hope the code works. Will try tonight. Somewhat difficult to hear the computer saying the promo codetalks too fast & not clear. [My hearing is fine btw. 🙂 ]. Otherwise great customer service from automated system. Thank you.
