No longer Red Wing

This company is sending out boots without checking quality. Sent boots to my house with soles too short. Pictures dont do it justice but these look terrible. See picture comparison with old pair. This is the second pair of boots I’ve had to return in two weeks, due to lack of quality control with this company.

I have always liked the life time guarantee…up till now..

The stitching was defective around the heels of my boots so i brought them in and wore seekers for a week…i came back to get my boots and one was badly stitched all over the back heel ….and. the other was glued..all wrong. Nice lunch pail, but the zippers get stuck on the insulation

Insulation on inside that overlaps the zippers gets caught in the zippers,design flaw
