The seal on the bottom of the shower is torn. I contacted Rebath three times in over a five week period for a replacement seal. The seal slides out and a replacement can be easily slid in. At first I was told that I wasn’t in their system. Apparently a sub contractor of Rebath did my job....

Heating
If I pay for heating, I should have enought hot for ME (not for staff from DZIB Zasulaks) But I think that they decide that have absolutly other rules. But if Australia in the EU and DZIB Downtown in Australia (may be I mistake?) They should give me what I pay. I dont want to have that they give me! I want what I WANT! Please, remember it! I need GOOD heating in MY appartment. They can live as they want. Them personal life is not interesting for me (may be, other organization it will be interesting soon)
